🧮 Quick tax update: new Box 3 system delayed

The introduction of the new Box 3 system based on actual investment returns is taking longer than expected. The previously planned 2027 introduction has been postponed; the government is now targeting 1 January 2028. The bill has been passed by the House of Representatives (Tweede Kamer), but review by the Senate (Eerste Kamer) has not yet been completed. The final rules and timeline are therefore not yet definitively settled.

As soon as new, concrete plans are announced, we'll keep you updated through this newsletter. If developments warrant it, we may also organise a new Box 3 webinar to clearly explain the consequences and possible choices.
