Toine Manders

Toine Manders is a tax lawyer at Nozick Consulting, specialising in tax planning, estate planning, asset protection and emigration for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals. Through Nozick Consulting, he guides clients in setting up the right structure for emigration, minimising their tax burden and protecting their wealth — always within the bounds of the law.

In addition to his advisory practice, Toine organises webinars and seminars for entrepreneurs on topics such as emigration, box 3, exit taxes and tax residency. His webinars are practical in nature: direct information, many case studies and extensive Q&A sessions. Note: webinars and recordings are held in Dutch.

Toine Manders (1969) is a tax lawyer, entrepreneur and tax expert. As director of trust firm HJC, he advised thousands of clients on corporate law and international structures. One milestone in his career was the Inspire Art case before the European Court of Justice, which established that every entrepreneur in the EU has the right to establish their business in another member state — even if all activities take place in their home country.

Toine led the Libertarian Party Netherlands (LPNL) from 1994 to 2016 and was the party's lead candidate in the 1994 and 2012 general elections. His clear and principled views on taxes and freedom have been widely shared on social media — several videos with subtitles in English, Portuguese, Spanish and other languages went viral and were viewed millions of times.

In 2017 he testified before the parliamentary inquiry committee on tax structures. He has been interviewed by hundreds of national TV and radio stations, newspapers and magazines, and has spoken at hundreds of seminars for entrepreneurs and their advisors.

Alongside his work as a tax lawyer, Toine is politically active. Since 2017 he has been vice-president of the International Alliance of Libertarian Parties (IALP). In both the 2023 and 2025 Dutch general elections, he stood as a candidate for BVNL (Belang van Nederland), the party led by Wybren van Haga. BVNL focuses on national sovereignty, lower taxes and less government interference — values that closely align with his longstanding advocacy for entrepreneurial freedom.
