Please note: our webinars are held in Dutch, and the recordings are in Dutch too. The Investment Day in Paraguay, Het Vastgoedcongres and Blckbx Today are in Dutch as well. This newsletter is translated for your convenience, but the webinars, recordings and event described below are not available in English.

After Paraguay, Malta, Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates, we are closing the series of Country Specials for now with a webinar on Italy on 18 November. We will discuss taxation, real estate, tax residency and emigration to Italy, plus the main differences with Spain, Portugal and Greece.
The webinar is held in Dutch, and so is the recording that participants receive afterwards.

🇦🇪 Country Special United Arab Emirates: recording now available
On 22 October we hosted our latest webinar on the United Arab Emirates. As with the previous webinars, it went well, and we again received interesting questions from the participants. For those who could not attend, the recording is now available. International tax specialist Toine Manders and chartered accountant and international entrepreneur Miranda Aresu gave an extensive presentation on the Emirates: how doing business there works, real estate, investing, possible emigration there and what it is like to live there, with a comparison with Oman, Qatar and the Cayman Islands.
Did you attend live? Then you have already received the recording by e-mail free of charge, and you do not need to do anything. This offer is only for those who could not attend.

Toine in November: two events and a broadcast
All three are in Dutch.
Tuesday 10 November, Bussum: Het Vastgoedcongres (the Real Estate Congress)
Toine Manders is a speaker at Het Vastgoedcongres in Bussum. In his session "Vastgoed zonder fiscale grenzen: zo verlaag je legaal je belastingdruk in Nederland én het buitenland" (real estate without tax borders: how to legally reduce your tax burden in the Netherlands and abroad) he shows which options you have within the law. His session is in the afternoon (from 15:15). The congress runs all day, from 09:00 to 18:30.
Thursday 12 November: Blckbx Today
Toine takes part in the recording of Blckbx Today on Thursday 12 November. The broadcast can be watched the same day (in Dutch).
Sunday 15 November, Oegstgeest: 🇵🇾 Investment Day Property in Paraguay
Toine Manders is invited as a speaker at the Investment Day ("Investeringsdag"), an event organised by Property in Paraguay at Kasteel Oud-Poelgeest in Oegstgeest. The programme runs from 13:00 to 18:00. Toine speaks from 14:30 to 15:30 as a tax lawyer and answers your questions about box 3, tax on real estate in Paraguay, inheritance law and more. The organisation of the event lies with Property in Paraguay. All information and registration can be found on their event page, which is in Dutch as well.
